Behind the products

Building useful technology independently.

Future by Serjo brings together practical digital products created by Serjo Micoyan, from document tools to websites and community platforms.

What this site represents

Four projects are featured here: DirectAid, MachinA powered by BADWEB, PDF FORMS, and Workers Network. They solve different problems and have separate public services. This website is the overview and documentation home, not a substitute for any of those products.

How the products are approached

The work starts with a practical problem: paperwork that takes too many steps, website creation that demands too much setup, requests for assistance that lack direct routes to helpers, or employment communities that need a clearer navigation point. The resulting software is developed around simpler tasks, direct access and keeping users in control of the information they provide.

Free and commercial work

Some products offer free access, while others include paid plans. Those differences are explained at the product level rather than concealed behind a single portal-wide promise. A free tool is not presented here as a temporary promotion when the product describes it as permanently free.

Transparency

The portal is maintained as an editorial guide to the products. It is not a third-party review site. Recommendations and examples may link to services owned or developed by the same maker. Current features and financial terms must be checked on each product’s own site.
