What I work on
I take on projects that need end-to-end product thinking and implementation. That can include a new digital tool, a public website with a real operational flow, an internal process that needs automation or a practical service that has to be launched and maintained.
What to send in a first message
Describe the problem in plain language, who encounters it and what currently takes too much time. Explain the working environment, what tools already exist, what a successful result would look like and whether there are technical constraints.
How I assess fit
Every inquiry is reviewed for scope and feasibility. If the request is a good match, we can discuss the proposed direction, dependencies, milestones and costs. Pricing depends on the actual scope and complexity; there is no automatic package price for a custom engagement.
Before you contact me
Please do not send source-code secrets, account passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive information in an initial message. A concise overview is enough for the first conversation.
